Thursday 13th April 2017 - Holy Week Assembly. All children in school made a cross to remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us.

Thursday 2nd March 2017 - World Book Day! The children's effort has been fantastic to come dressed as a character, famous person or actor for today's celebration of World Book Day!

Wednesday 15th February 2017 - Chetham's School of Music! We were very lucky to have some of the children from Chetham's come to our school and play their string instruments for the Year 4, 5 and 6 children. They were very impressive and the children had a wonderful afternoon.

Friday 16th December 2016. We held our Christmas Assembly this morning. We listened carefully to the Christmas Story and why Christmas is so special in our Catholic School. Following the assembly we held the Christmas Token prize draw! And the winners are....

All staff and children walked through the Holy Door as part of the Year of Mercy celebrations.

Friday 21st October 2016 - As part of the Year of Mercy, the Holy Door came to St Alphonsus today. We held a service in the hall and all the staff and children passed through the door.
