NSPCC Fundraising - London Marathon 2019
Well I did it! I completed the London Marathon 2019! Thank you so much to all our wonderful children and families who have supported and sponsored me over the past 6 months. In total we've raised a huge £4000 for the NSPCC and a large majority of that has come from school. Thank you again for your support!
Wow!!!!! I've not had chance to put this on since the Fun Run Day but thank you very much to all our wonderful children and their supportive families!! The fun run day was a complete success and as I type this, we have so far raised £1760!! This has helped me smash through my target of £2200 for the NSPCC which is a fantastic achievement and one that wouldn't have been possible without your support! Only 4 weeks to go now til the marathon and I'm delighted that I've now met my fundraising target! Once again, thank you very much for your support!
Friday 15th February 2019 - Well done everybody for continuing to support Mr Winstanley's efforts in raising money for the NSPCC. Today we raised just over £150 with another successful non-uniform day!! Well done everybody and thank you once again for your support!
Friday 1st February 2019 - Sausage sandwiches for staff today at breaktime! We raised £63! Thank you to everyone who purchased one and to the kitchen staff for cooking them!
Tuesday 29th January 2019 - Launch of the NSPCC Fun Run Day! Today the MUFC leaders launched the NSPCC Fun Run Day in their special assembly. More information and sponsor forms will follow soon!
Another fundraising success today! Monday 3rd December 2019 - We held a non-uniform day and the children had to wear purple to mark the start of Advent! With the children's donations we raised an excellent £147! Well done everyone and thank you for your continued support towards this wonderful charity!
More fundraising today! Friday 16th November 2018 - staff bought sausage sandwiches at breaktime following a donation of Heck sausages to school. All money raised going to the NSPCC - a total of £73.50! We're getting there! Keep it up!
Today we had a non-uniform day and at the final count we raised just over £170! That's a fantastic effort from everyone in school! Well done!
Coffee mornings during the week commencing 29th October 2018. Thank you to everyone who popped some change into the NSPCC collection tub during our coffee mornings this week! Every little helps towards achieving the fundraising target! Keep an eye out here for more events planned through the year!
Welcome to the NSPCC fundraising page for this year! As you know, Mr Winstanley is running the London Marathon 2019 and raising money for the NSPCC. We will post some of the fundraising efforts here throughout the year to keep you posted how well school is doing in supporting this worthwhile cause. We started the effort today by having a 'non-uniform day' and we raised a fantastic £180.45!! What a super start and a great big 'THANK YOU' to all the children who helped raise this amazing amount of money! Well done!
